To get started, job seekers need:
- The right to work in Australia
- A Certificate III in Community Services (or a higher related discipline) is desirable for Disability Support Work and a Cert IV Child, Youth and Family Intervention is preferred for Residential Youth Workers, or a commitment to commence studies within the first 6 months.
- A current NDIS Worker Screening Check (Queensland)
- A current Blue Card Working with Children Check and LCS2 License
- A valid Queensland Driver’s License
