We recognise that it is the responsibility of everyone to safeguard people’s human rights.

We have zero tolerance for harm, abuse, neglect and exploitation in any form.

We are committed as individuals and as an organisation to speak up and act on:

• anything that makes a person be or feel unsafe
• anything that doesn’t support a person’s human rights
• anything that we could be doing better.

We give each other permission to ask questions, discuss concerns and identify how we can improve. Through this honest and transparent communication, we create a psychologically safe environment in which clients, team members and stakeholders feel safe to speak up.

The Board and Senior Leadership Team ensure safeguarding processes are consistently followed, and client’s privacy, rights and wellbeing are protected.
