MADEC is pleased to announce the appointment of our new Office Bearers, as resolved at our recent Annual General Meeting (AGM).
These appointments reflect our continued commitment to strong governance, strategic leadership, and the delivery of positive community outcomes.
The following resolutions were passed at the AGM:
- Patrick Wilsmore has been appointed Chair of the Board of Directors for a one-year term commencing on the date of the AGM.
- Joel Rauer has been appointed Deputy Chair, also for a one-year term commencing on the date of the AGM.
- Stephen Fernando has been appointed Treasurer for a one-year term commencing on the date of the AGM.
